Staff |
- Client Services Manager/Case Manager - who will liaise with the Clients on a one on one basis in their home to complete individualised Support Plans and OH&S assessments. Who will provide ongoing support to both the Clients and the Support Workers to ensure that high quality service is being provided.

Employment |
Support workers are required to have:
- Completed or are currently undertaking Certificate 3 in either Aged Care or Disability Work (disability desirable).
- Current Senior First Aid - renewed every three years
- Current Manual Handling - renewed annually
- Current police clearance - renewed every three years
It is also expected that workers will have undertaken Mandated Notification Training and this is updated every three years. |
