Paradise Community Care Inc aims to provide high quality support services to people with disabilities through partnership with Clients, their Families and other Agencies; to enhance health, well being, and quality of life; and promote independence and community involvement.

Staff


  • Client Services Manager/Case Manager - who will liaise with the Clients on a one on one basis in their home to complete individualised Support Plans and OH&S assessments. Who will provide ongoing support to both the Clients and the Support Workers to ensure that high quality service is being provided.

Regions

Paradise Community Care Inc currently provides services to clients in the Northern, Western, Eastern, Central and Hills areas.



Employment

Support workers are required to have:

  1. Completed or are currently undertaking Certificate 3 in either Aged Care or Disability Work (disability desirable).

  2. Current Senior First Aid - renewed every three years

  3. Current Manual Handling - renewed annually

  4. Current police clearance - renewed every three years

It is also expected that workers will have undertaken Mandated Notification Training and this is updated every three years.
